It’s March and Mardi Gras time! While we’ve never been to New Orleans during Mardi Gras, we found two museums that are must-see locations for any Mardi Gras lover.

Grilling Hack

Ok, so this isn’t a recipe, but this is a great tip if you have a husband like mine who loves to cook on the Blackstone! At least one Sunday a month I load him up with a variety of meats, both breakfast and dinner, to cook on the Blackstone. Then we have breakfast/dinner for the week. This is great if we have travel days or a busy sightseeing days during the week.

Where are we in March?

March will be another busy month in the southwest. After coming back from our Baja California Whale Watching trip with Fantasy RV Tours, we will be attending the 2025 Escapees Escapade in Tucson, AZ, where I’ll will be presenting my Don’t Wait Seminar.
